Once you've decided you'd like to make some changes to your home or even build a new one, we will work with you to bring your ideas to life using our experience to provide design ideas and solutions.
Our planning service includes providing basic plans and elevations of the proposed changes to your existing home or new build property. We will also obtain the guidance from the local authority when needed to ensure we meet their requirements and once you are happy with the proposed design, submit the planning application on your behalf.

The inside of your home is just as important as the outside and how it's built. Our architectural interior design service offers the complete package when detailing how your new home will work day to day.
As part of this service, we focus on the critical areas of design - space planning, 2D detailed furniture layouts, lighting and electrical design with associated schedules and product guidance, general kitchen layouts and bathroom design and specification.

Once planning approval has been granted, our next step is to produce the working drawings and submit them to building control and to builders for pricing. This can be a complex and detailed process.
During this stage we take the planning approved drawings into our CAD software and produce a detailed package of information for your builder which includes 1:50 plans, elevations, sections and construction detailing which will enable your build to go as smoothly as possible.
