I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 14 years’ experience in residential design, development, and delivery across both bespoke high-end homes and large-scale national housing portfolios.
For 10 years, I led the projects team and standard housing portfolio for a top 10 national housebuilder, developing house type strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design quality, technical compliance, and commercial viability across multiple sites.
I began my career in high‑end residential architectural interior design, working on bespoke homes and one‑off developments between 6,000 and 15,000 sq ft. It was here that I developed my love for design and space planning, and where I learned the importance of usability, flow, and the small details that make a home work for the people living in it.

I’ve spent over 25 years in housebuilding, starting in architectural technology and growing into senior technical leadership. What’s kept me motivated is the mix of design, detail and problem-solving, and the chance to keep improving how we build the homes we live in.
In my previous role as Group Technical Director for a top developer, I led teams who shaped our housing portfolio, set technical standards and supported the business through major changes - like the movement to timber frame, the introduction of renewable technologies & set the specification for numerous major regulation changes.
I’ve been closely involved across the industry through NHBC, HBF, the Structural Timber Association and Future Homes Hub groups, I've always enjoyed being part of the conversations that push standards forward.
